Partnership with Maxlite AAC Blocks to recycle 700 MT of granite dust (Slurry) per month, which would otherwise be dumped and have harmful environmental impacts such as water and air pollution, soil degradation, and ecosystem damage. Fly ash, quicklime, cement gypsum, granite slurry and Aluminium powder combine into a slurry mix, which is poured into moulds where the slurry mix rises, sets, and is cut to the required size of AAC Blocks. 

We have invested in an extensive sewage treatment plant to break down sewage and deliver a cleaner, more environmentally friendly effluent. We treat our wastewater to remove contaminants so that the effluent water can be reused in our factory’s processes. 

Partnership with Dalmia Cement Limited to recycle 2000 MT of granite dust per month. This dust is used in the industrial process as a useful constituent. In addition to our factory’s waste, we coordinate the re-processing of other granite factories’ wastes in Hosur, India.
